Fruit Preparations
The process continues with the production of preparations in which different varieties of fruits are thawed, cooked and pasteurized, then, the right ingredients are added to meet the requirements of the client regarding density, fruit content, texture, flavor, etc
Once cooked, mixtures are packed, being quarantined until the results of the physical-chemical, microbiological and organoleptic tests certify that the product that will be delivered to our clients is a product that fully satisfies their needs.
